Aspen Kayak Academy Logo: Illustrator
Purpose: Separate this kayak school from its' competitors.
Solution: Rather than use the typical block typefaces used by their competitors, I used a fluid typeface and modified it even more to show the movement and dynamic quality of this sport.

Aspen Syncro Championships Logo: Illustrator
Purpose: Teams of eight skiers are judged on sychronicity, originality and difficulty.
Solution: Logo reflects the dynamic synchonized turns of great skiers. The color version uses the Olympic colors to show global nature of the event.

Powder 8's Logo: Illustrator
Purpose: Ski competition where teams of two compete to leave the most symmetrical figure 8 tracks in fresh powder snow. They are judged by technical ability, speed and synchonicity.
Solution: The number 8 shows the perfect turn-shapes competitors seek when competing.
